All bit depths supported
PsdExtract can deal with files stored in RGB Color mode in either 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit, supporting HDR workflows. 8-bit and 16-bit data is stored to .PNG files, and 32-bit data is stored to .HDR and .EXR files.
Extract complex layer setups
In addition to extracting layer, canvas, and transparency data, PsdExtract will also extract the fully merged image, any additional alpha channel, and user and vector masks of each layer. It also extracts arbitrarily complex setups of layer blend modes, effects, and special layers, as long as they are stored as Smart Objects.
Transparency data is directly extracted from the .PSD file without any loss in fidelity usually caused by pre-multiplication when saving a layer to a file. Exported transparency information will always be an exact replica of the original data.
Separate data files
For each layer, PsdExtract will always store three files containing full layer data, full canvas data, and just transparency data, so you can easily access individual pieces of information as needed.
Built for speed
PsdExtract automatically makes use of all available processor cores by extracting layer data in parallel, utilizing almost 100% of the available computing power. This ensures that even large .PSD files containing many layers can be extracted blazingly fast.
